If you want to use as much bandwidth as possible to do something, then you can pause syncing and all other activities of OneDrive which use your network connection.

To do so, open OneDrive app and swipe in from the right edge of the screen and then tap Settings tab.

You can also turn off syncing and all other activities of OneDrive which use your network connection if you have a metered internet connection.

To do so, Point your mouse to the bottom right corner on the screen and move the mouse pointer up.

Click OneDrive and click Metered connections and then turn all the settings to Off.
